Carol Barger, 75, of Austin, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on November 5, 1942 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the daughter of the late Mannon and Juanita (York) Couch. Carol was a retired employee of the old Freudenberg NOK in Scottsburg, Indiana and also a retired cook from Vienna Elementary School. Survivors include a daughter, Pam Lytle of Scottsburg, Indiana; a son, Dale Barger and his wife Cheryl of Orlando, Florida; a sister, JoAnna Couch of Louisville, Kentucky; a brother, Grant Couch and his wife Judy of Columbus, Indiana; two grandsons, Brady Lytle and William Barger and two step granddaughters, Katie Boswell and Terri Lytle.
