James M. “Mike” Donnell, 67, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 at The Waters of Scottsburg. He was born on November 15, 1950 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late Robert Earl and Penelope (Broadus) Donnell and graduated from Scottsburg High School. Mike was married on June 14, 1969 to Lynda Kay (Warf) Donnell, who passed away on April 19, 2017. He was a retired litho operator for the old American Can Company in Austin, Indiana and enjoyed playing cards and fishing. In addition to his wife and parents, Mike was preceded in death by son, Robert Shulus Donnell. Survivors include his daughter, Riann Donnell (George E. Troxel) of Mitchell, Indiana; a grandson, George R. Troxel; two brothers-in-law, Johnny Watson and David Lucas; several half siblings, nieces and nephews.
