Norman Levi Miller, age 59 of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, Indiana. Norman was born on January 29, 1958 in Scottsburg, Indiana , the son of the late Earl R. Miller and Patsy Darlene (Hounshell) Miller Bryson. He was a Tax preparer for Jackson Hewitt in Seymour, Indiana for approximately three years, a Home Health provider for Indiana Mentor for about five years, a foster parent for Regional Youth Services and Old Deborah Corn agency for about 15 years and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He attended New Providence Baptist Church in Austin, Indiana and lived all of his life in Scott County, Indiana. He enjoyed being a Cub Scout leader for Scott County Troop #58 for about five years, Scott County 4H leader for over 10 years and a avid We Care supporter . He was married on Feb. 15,1986 to Theresa (Ashley) Miller, who survives. Other survivors include: a daughter: Amy King of Austin, Indiana; a son: Chance Ian Levi Miller of Scottsburg, Indiana; Brothers: Marshall E. of Brown County, Indiana; Daniel R. of Soddy Daisy, TN; David E. of Scottsburg, Indiana and Timothy Miller of Middlebury, Florida ; a stepsister: Donna J. Smith of Milltown, Indiana and Stepbrother: Larry W. Abbott of Columbus, Indiana. He is also survived by 2 grandsons: Logan Hutchens and Douglas King both of Austin, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents; a step sister, Cindy Pulliam; and a granddaughter, Kassidy King.  The Family Requests Donations to: Collins Funeral Home, 465 W.
